This week has had an abundance of Smallville scoops for the second half of Season 9 on Smallville.Yesterday DC Comics Blog posted a trailer for “Absolute Justice” and today EW.com’s Michael Ausiello reports that Michael McKean will be returning to Smallville. This news comes only a day after we learned that his wife Annette O’toole will be reprising her role as Martha Kent later in the season as well.

It seems like it’s been an eternity since we have had a new episode of Smallvile. Well in a few short weeks we will have a new episode to get us excited about the second half of season 9. The CW has released an official description for the mid-season premier “Disciple” , and Speedy fans can rejoice because Mia will be returning to the cast for this episode.

Oliver’s (Justin Hartley) past comes back to haunt him in the form of The Dark Archer (guest star Steve Bacic), Oliver’s former teacher, who seeks revenge on his student by taking aim at Lois (Erica Durance) and Chloe (Allison Mack). Oliver faces down The Dark Archer after his former mentor kidnaps Mia AKA “Speedy” (guest star Elise Gatien) but is pushed to his limit and Clark (Tom Welling) races to stop him from making another deadly mistake. Mairzee Almas directed the episode written by Jordan Hawley.

Hey Smallville fans, hope everyone had a great Christmas and are looking forward to a great New Year’s this week!
In case you haven’t heard the latest episode of Starkville’s House of El, we wanted to bring you up to speed. In January, Craig Byrne of Kryptonsite and Derek Russell of Starkville’s House of El will be facing off in an epic battle of Smallville trivia, with charities and even you benefitting from this! Donations can be made via Paypal at msuhouseofel@gmail.com towards this drive, and all funds will be donated towards several charities including Heshima Kenya and The Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation. The top three highest donations will win a Smallville prize pack courtesy of SHoE and Kryptonsite after donations have closed on January 15th. On that date, the episode will be released and the money will be donated. You can also have a hand in picking questions for SHoE host and Trivia moderator Steve Glosson to ask, ranging from five categories that you can hear in the latest episode of SHoE #138.5.
