SHoE: Episode 148 – “Sacrifice”
Crunch time! Less than 24hrs to go until the ninth season finale of Smallville, ‘Salvation’, and it’s almost sad to be delivering the last few episodes of SHoE of the season. But we’re quickly approaching episode 150, and with that comes the last two episodes of the season before the finale, ‘Sacrifice’ and ‘Hostage’. First up is the fall of Watchtower, the burning of Oliver, and the spiraling of Zod. Join us, won’t you?

This is one of my favorite episodes
Would be cool if they do a high school reunion or something, get back Pete and Lana for a episode.
Loved this episode!
I completely lost it when Steve did the Jor-el/Jabba laugh!! Such a great episode guys.
The tangent was awesome. You out-did yourselves.
Would love to see one or two Smallville (the town) centric episodes next year.
Just finishing listening to the podcast on my iPod Classic. Really enjoyed it. Loved the tangent about Episode VI, The Richard Lester cut of Superman II, and The Jor-El conversation. Cannot wait for podcast #150. I’m thinking the surprise for that would either be Geoff Johns or Allison Mack. The birth of Mole who could forget that?
BTW, it’s the creator of SHoE’s birthday, Happy Birthday Mr. Russell. @Derek I’m glad you and I are on the same wavelength. In regards to go back to Smallville High. I know several people are lukewarm to the idea. I’d love that to be the 200th ep. of Smallville and I’d love Jeph Loeb to return to write that ep.
I love this episode and I want you to know that I always welcome the appearance of the slightly perverted Jor-El. It amuses me muchly. I love all the tangents and sidenotes you guys go off on.
I’m laughing so much at the return of the Z-man. He should make more disembodied appearences.
Oh and yeah Tess/Chloe the scenes were so much fun. They so needed more screentime together. Plus they made it so much prettier.
