It’s Wednesday, and this means the release of new comics! Today’s releases are even more important because they contain a brand new, reader-friendly story, just in time for the premiere of Smallville Season 9 on Friday! Here’s the official description of issue #1 from the official website of DC Comics:

Of course, anything written by Geoff Johns is sure to be a huge hit, and Gary Frank’s art is some of the best in the comic industry right now. Still not sold?
