See Anything Familiar?
Every year we try to breathe some new life into our homepage, and for season nine we’re taking things in a different direction. Right now, we’ve just refreshed the look of our homepage, making some much needed changes up front and under the hood. The refresh is still a work in progress so if you like what you see, drop a comment on this post, and if you have any problems or suggestions drop us an e-mail at mail@smallvillepodcast.com
But this is just the start of some big changes here at SHoE. It’s going to be an all new year of fun things that will go hand in hand with the weekly podcast hosted by Steve Glosson. We’ve got some great ideas, some new guests, and a few other surprises we’ll be starting to roll out over the next month – and even more stuff in store as the year progresses. So let us know if you have anything at SHoE you’d like to see happening soon, and keep coming back for your latest in Smallville and SHoE news. Thanks!

I see no problems with it Derek. Like I said in the Comic Con Post I think I like this design better than your guys’ Fortress design. The only thing I would really add is a little more blue on the website. I see a lot of red and yellow but not a lot of blue. BTW Derek is SHOE2 going to have any new episodes. May I make a few suggestions Descent from Season Seven. Relic from Season Three. And maybe Committed from Season Eight when the Blu-Ray/DVD comes out? Great work Derek, still sad that you’re not on the podcast any longer. Not that Steve needs a co-host but I always thought you guys’ balanced each other out. I always had that feeling ever since the first time I listened to SHOE on my old Black 80 GB Microsoft Zune that you and Steve really complimented each other well. I think the first episode I ever listened to was “Traveler” from Season Seven and my first thought after I was done listening to the episode on my Zune was “God these guys are funny” and they really work well together.” Okay enough of the Derek and Steve rear-end kissing. Thanks, again for the great work guys. Love the new website. Mole.
The new design for the website was a surprise since I was used to the previous fortress design but I have to say that I like it.
I’m like everyone who’s sadden about Derek deciding to step down from doing any podcast episodes but I’m sure that Steve will do a good job being solo. After all, he did it a few times prior to the announcement on the Doomsday episode. Who knows, there might be a special co-host every once and awhile.
At the very most I hope that Derek will be on for special occasions, namely season premiere/finalie, special episodes and to talk about Comic Con.
One more thing, what happen to the lost episodes of SHoE, Derek? Not to complain or anything but I believed you said that you hoped to have them out to help tie people over until the new season stars. Oh well, just curious.
I really like it. It kind of has a retro feel to it – reminds me of Superman from the old comics.
Great new look Derek. Bold and uncluttered.
love the new design, nice & sleek
The new logo looks awesome and the overall look is simpler but more impressive!
