April is World Autism Awareness Month. If you only do one thing online this month, do something that matters. Support Autism Speaks and the upcoming Walk Now for Autism Now.
Our shows will be talking about this throughout the rest of April and asking for your support in this amazing cause. Specifically with our friend Kim and her team, whose goal is set at $1,000. We’d like to see that amount shattered and reach well over $3,000 by the end of the month. Donations are a minimum of $20, next to nothing for a cause this great. Thank you for supporting this wonderful cause, guys! I have a nephew who is autistic, so I know all too well the challenges faced by individuals with this disorder. Resources are needed to fund research into the treatment for and prevention of autism, to provide education and support for the parents of newly diagnosed children, and to promote public awareness. I hope other SHoE fans will join me in making a donation!
