The CW has posted a great 2 minute video displaying Laura Vandervoort (Kara) doing her stunts for flying scenes on Smallville.

We realize that because of the format of the CW’s website, a lot of times not everyone can watch videos via the site, so I’ve taken about 20 screenshots that you can view after the jump. Enjoy!
